Zo needs to understand your previous posts to:
- stay consistent with your style when creating your posts. - suggest the best time to post. - predict the performance of your posts.
We only ask for the necessities and will never breach your privacy. Here’s what we ask for:
- Your Email: We use this to send you important updates, such as when new posts are created for you. - List of Pages: We use this to help you select the Pages you want to create content for. - Manage & Publish Pages: We use this to publish the posts you approved for the Pages you’ve selected. We never post anything else. - Page Insights: We use this to help you predict the performance of your posts.
Zo (our software) is specialised in creating posts for any social media Page, regardless of the industry - we serve clients from fashion to automotive. Take a look at some of the high performing posts we created: link. Or just drop us a line on email@example.com and we’ll send you relevant work we’ve done before
It’s your choice. Zo can either use the images you upload or relevant, high quality stock images. If you have strict branding guidelines, we recommend that you upload your own images.
Two things happen:
1. It gets automatically scheduled on Facebook at the time specified at the top. You’ll see it under “Scheduled Posts” on Facebook. Here’s Facebook’s guide: link. 2. You’ll get a reminder email a few hours before the post gets published. You can follow the instruction on the email to publish the post on other social media.
You get a chance to give Zo feedback on what to improve. Based on that feedback, Zo can fix that post or suggest a new one.
We recommend that you leave feedback if you don’t like a post. Giving Zo feedback raises the quality of your posts.
Not yet. We only support picture posts at this point. We realised that most pages use picture posts more often than any other media.
There’s an “EDIT” button at the top of your post on Zo. You can take control and edit as you see fit - you know best. Make sure you approve the post to automatically schedule it on Facebook.
You don’t need to delete a post. You can either edit it yourself or reject it and we’ll edit it for you based on your feedback. There’s an “EDIT” button at the top of your post on Zo and an “X” button under your post to reject it.
Zo looks at the organic performance (excluding the effect of boosting) of your previous posts and predicts accordingly. Disclaimer: actual performance may vary.
You’ll get an email from “Zo Alerts” when your posts are ready. We care about the quality of the posts we give you. It takes around 3 working days until you get the first batch of posts. The number of posts in every batch varies and is based on what our software and experts believe is best for your Facebook Page.
After you approve a post, you’ll get an email a few hours before the post goes live. Simply follow the instructions on the bottom of that email.
You’ll get an email from “Zo Alerts” notifying you of new posts ready for you. Don’t miss out on those posts, some of them may be time sensitive.
You only get important email updates. The main two emails are:
1. When posts are ready for your review and approval. 2. When a post is about to get published on Facebook.
